To enjoy the best that this time of year has to offer, here are some practical and simple tips

The holidays now seem like a happy, but distant memory and we are about to welcome in the colder seasons of the year. To enjoy the best that this time of year has to offer, here are some practical and simple tips:

  • Don’t give up your walks in the open air just because you’re afraid of the cold! Although the cold makes us want to stay at home and wrap up in cosy blankets, don’t forget that for children it’s essential to spend time outdoors. Remember to go out in the middle of the day when it’s normally warmer and dress your baby in suitable clothes. A convenient solution for protecting baby from the cold air is to use a footmuff or cosytoes. Look at our options here: Moritz stroller footmuff and the Nesti cosytoes for the car seat, both featuring waterproof fabric on the outside and warm fleece on the inside.
  • Protect your little one’s face with a nourishing cream to prevent skin reddening.
  • Let your little one come into contact with nature: let him play in the garden, amongst the colourful leaves; suggest a nice bike ride; take him to collect chestnuts… there are lots of games to play, you just need a bit of imagination!
  • In the evening, pamper your little one with a nice, warm bath: what could be better after a walk in the open air? After this moment of relaxation, don’t forget to dry his hair well, even if he only has baby hair, that way there’s no risk of him catching cold. Here you can see Cambio, the baby bath with the soft changing top that includes the Baby Bagno bath tub. It’s even ideal for smaller bathrooms and features a one-handed ultra-compact folding system.

Thanks to this advice, you can really enjoy the autumn and the winter to the full and make the most of every single moment together with your baby.
