You can pay for your order by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. The amount will be debited upon order confirmation. By choosing PayPal, you also have the option to pay in installments, according to PayPal's terms and conditions.
When will I receive a refund for a return?
The refund process will begin once we have received the returned product. It normally takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and for you to receive payment.
Note: If you choose to pay via PayPal, the full refund process can take up to 30 days. The refund will always be made using the same payment method used to place the order. If the refund is partial, the installments will decrease; if total, any amounts already paid will be credited back to your PayPal balance.

Provided that the car seat is correctly fastened to the vehicle and the child is always correctly buckled in following the instructions, the safest area is the central rear seat, as it is the most protected in the event of both frontal and side impact.
What risks can a child face in a car?
It should be remembered that children's physical structure is much more delicate than adults' and therefore more exposed to trauma. A child travelling in a car without a car seat, or in a car seat that is not approved, unsuitable, or incorrectly installed, risks serious injury (violent impact against the dashboard, windshield, or front seats) even in the event of a minor accident or sudden braking.
Is it possible to quantify the risk in the event of an accident?
Enormous forces are at play in road accidents, given that the kinetic energy of passengers depends on the body's mass multiplied by the square of its speed. Just think that in the event of a collision at 40 km/h, a child's 16 kg become 1,000 kg if not properly restrained, and a collision at only 50 km/h is equivalent to a fall from the third floor of a building.
Is there a law regulating the transport of children in cars?
In Italy, the transport of children in cars is regulated by the Highway Code (Article 172), which stipulates that passengers under 12 years of age and shorter than 1.50 m must be secured by a restraint system approved under European Regulations ECE R44/04 and R129, appropriate for the child's weight and height.
Which Isofix for my car?
When purchasing a car seat, it is important to pay attention to its compatibility with your car. There are, in fact, different types of Isofix car seats:
- Specific: a system built to the specific request of car manufacturers and compatible only and exclusively with the car model for which it was commissioned (or with similar models from the same manufacturer);
- Semi-universal: it is compatible with only certain car models;
- Universal: it is compatible with most vehicles on the road equipped with a Universal Isofix System.
Finally, the Isofix system can be with a support leg or top tether.
Where do I attach the top tether?
The top tether attachment point varies by car: consult your instruction manual to check whether the anchor point is located on the parcel shelf, in the trunk, or behind the seat.
